Gretchen Cherington is the daughter of Pulitzer Prize–winning, and U.S. poet laureate, Richard Eberhart. She grew up in a home filled with literary icons like Robert Frost, Anne Sexton, James Dickey—a life captured in her award-winning first memoir, Poetic License. For years, Cherington made her career advising CEOs around how to transform their companies into places where both business and people could thrive. Cherington’s writing has appeared in The Huffington Post, Lit Hub, Electric Lit, Hippocampus, Quartz, and elsewhere, and she was nominated for a 2012 Pushcart Prize.
